Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
The product must show normal handling only. Damage caused by careless use will not be accepted.
Products where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before being returned.
Any defect, damage, or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the item.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Damaged, Faulty or Incomplete Orders

After review and approval, Veloura - Londen will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
In such cases, customers will not be required to pay return shipping costs if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
We reserve the right to assess whether the product qualifies as faulty or incomplete before issuing a replacement.
How to Return Your Order

Do not send your return to the sender address on the package. We will provide the correct return address after your request has been approved.

Orders in Transit
If your order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible until you receive the goods. You may then return the items in accordance with this policy.
